Wow, this has been a long time coming, it seems. I wanted to share my new venture with all my blogging friends: Accent Gem Designs is my online store that sells natural and semi-precious gemstone jewelry, mostly set in sterling silver. I also offer gemstone, crystal and Czech glass beaded jewelry.
I began selling this kind of jewelry last year, but was only selling at local shows (like Holistic and Metaphysical Fairs, Holiday Bazaars, etc). I decided to open an online store to reach a broader customer base and because I think more people should be exposed to and aware of the amazing properties of these gorgeous gems from the earth.
Each gemstone has unique qualities. At my store site, you will be able to read about the various gemstones and what they can offer to your body, mind and spirit by way of their healing and metaphysical properties.
So stop on over and take a look around. And let me know what you think. Don’t forget, the holidays are almost upon us so you might want to start shopping. Almost every piece in stock is one of a kind so once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. Take a look before my next show, which is coming up in about a week! Click below to be taken to my store:

Have you ever considered Etsy? It’s very easy to sell there, cause of the search engine and tags. It’s way harder to get traffic to yourown site. Etsy already has a huge customer base. Some vendors who have their own online (or even brick&mortar) shops run Etsy shops cause it costs very little and it has a a huge user base. I have a little shop myself, and I most of my sales come from the keyword search (Etsy users who are looking for the stuff). Good luck with the shop, though!

Thanks Leona! I hadn’t considered that! Actually I heard it’s too hard to make money through Etsy because of the competition, that coming from someone who makes jewelry so I really never considered it after hearing that. So Thank YOU! I’ll definitely give that a try! It can’t be any more expensive than the internet advertising I’m doing, right? Thanks! I’ll let you know how it turns out. Your advice is Much appreciated!
